Account Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of your Evolive account and associated personal data.

How submission works: This form prepares a request in Gmail addressed to evolive009@gmail.com. You must review it and press Send. Your account is not deleted automatically when you click the button.

How to request deletion

1. Enter your Evolive User ID and any optional contact details below.
2. Click Continue to Gmail, review the prepared message, and press Send.
3. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 calendar days and complete verified requests within 30 calendar days. If we need more time because of verification, technical issues, complex requests, or legal obligations, we will notify you and explain the reason. These are our stated service targets, not a guarantee that every request will be completed within that period.

What will be deleted?

After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify your Evolive account and associated personal data that we control and no longer need for a permitted purpose. This may include your account profile and profile details, and other account-linked data where deletion is technically available and legally permitted.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, such as transaction, payment, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records. Any retained information will be restricted to the relevant lawful purpose and deleted when no longer required. Data held by third-party services may need to be handled under those providers' processes and applicable policies.
